I knew and trusted Alan and Heather for years before I suddenly found myself in a situation where I needed their expertise. I'm a pretty verbal person, and as an attorney, I can tend to spout-off. Alan and Heather were great about keeping me in-check throughout the case to ensure I never stepped on their toes or bumped our strategy off-course. We went into mediation with a clear plan. Following Alan and Heather's direction, the mediation process went exactly the way they told me it would – only faster. Bayer & Borlase executed their plan to perfection.
