[ ] Alan Bayer
Alan Bayer holds a Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ithaca College. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Barristers Club of the San Francisco Bar Association and on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Chapter of the American Constitutional Society. Alan is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, where he also serves on the Bench/Bar Committee, and he is a member of both the National Employment Lawyers Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association.

Prior to forming Bayer & Borlase in 2005, Alan worked as a litigation associate where he primarily handled personal injury and property damages claims. While obtaining his law degree, he also served as an extern for the Law and Motion department of the San Francisco Superior Court, for Hon. David A. Garcia (Ret’d.) and the Hon. Ronald E. Quidachay.

Alan also has experience working for a venture capital firm, at Sotheby’s, and with the American Arbitration Association, where he was introduced to the benefits of alternative dispute resolution.

Alan represents parties in employment-related matters, contractual disputes, personal injury suits, and in cases involving violations of individual constitutional rights.

Born in New Rochelle, New York and raised in Connecticut, Alan also has a background in literature and music.
